We collect as little as possible: enough to know which advertising works, and nothing that identifies you personally.

Who is responsible

What we process
Technical measurement data: pages viewed, searches run, clicks through to a partner, approximate country, browser and device type, and advertising campaign identifiers such as gclid.
These are linked to a random first-party identifier generated in your browser. It is not tied to your name, and it is not shared to build a profile of you across other websites.
What we never collect
No names, no email addresses, no postal addresses, no phone numbers, no payment or card details, no passport or travel documents. The site has no account and no login.
Anything you enter on a partner site after leaving us is collected by that partner, under its own policy — never by us.
If you write to us
The contact form sends your message, your name and your email address to our mailbox, and nothing else: no message is stored in a database, and no marketing list is built from it.
We keep the exchange only for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed, then delete it. Your address is used to reply, never to write to you about anything else.
Why, and on what legal basis
The purpose is measuring which advertising brings visitors who find what they were looking for, so we can stop paying for the rest.
Strictly necessary measurement rests on our legitimate interest in operating the service. Everything else — behavioural analytics and advertising measurement — runs only after you accept it in the consent banner.
Tools and recipients
Microsoft Clarity (session behaviour), Google conversion measurement, and CJ Affiliate (attributing a booking to the click that produced it).
These providers may process data outside the European Union, under their own data-processing terms. We do not sell data, and we share none of it for any purpose beyond those described here.
How long we keep it
Measurement data is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or reduced to anonymous aggregates.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time — write to contact@hotel-price.net. Withdrawing consent also works by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. In France that is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
